Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery, withdrawal and return terms for physical products and services offered by CavgaLabs depend on the nature of the order. The quotation and order confirmation presented before purchase apply to the individual transaction.
Order and delivery information
The scope, total price, any delivery charge, and estimated delivery or performance time are stated in the quotation or order screen before an order is placed. The information in the order confirmation forms part of that order.
Physical products are sent to the address stated in the order confirmation. For software and other digital services, access or service start information is stated in the order confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
For consumer transactions, subject to statutory exceptions, a consumer may withdraw within fourteen days from the date a distance contract is concluded. A clear written notice may be sent to us by email or registered electronic mail (KEP).
Including your order number and contact details helps us handle the request. Once we receive your notice, we will provide information about the next steps and, where applicable, the return method.
Statutory exceptions apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications and other goods or services excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. Any exception specific to an order is disclosed before purchase.
Returns and refunds
Where the right of withdrawal applies, returns and refunds are handled under the conditions and time limits set by applicable consumer legislation. Where permitted by law, a refund is made using a payment method corresponding to the original payment.
For damaged, incomplete or incorrect deliveries, please send us a written notice with your order number. We will review the request alongside the order records and inform you of the applicable resolution.
Subscriptions and digital services
The billing period, price, renewal and cancellation terms for SaaS subscriptions are shown in the relevant product subscription screen or in the agreement or quotation provided to you. The Terms of Service apply together with the relevant order or subscription terms.
