Distance Sales Agreement
The following general terms apply to sales and service agreements concluded between CavgaLabs and a consumer using the internet or other means of distance communication. Order-specific details are shown in the pre-contractual information and order confirmation.

Subject and order details
The subject of the agreement is the provision of the product or service ordered electronically, with the characteristics and conditions stated in the order confirmation.
The main characteristics, total price including taxes, payment method, delivery or performance terms, and any additional charges are shown to the consumer before the order is completed. The order confirmation includes these details and the order date.
Payment and delivery or performance
Payment is collected using the method presented to the consumer during the order. The delivery address and estimated delivery time for physical goods, and access or performance details for digital goods and services, are stated in the order confirmation.
Order-specific conditions for supplying the product or service are read together with the pre-contractual information and order confirmation presented to the consumer.
Right of withdrawal and exceptions
Unless a statutory exception applies, a consumer may withdraw within fourteen days from the date a distance contract is concluded. A written withdrawal notice may be sent using the contact channels on this page.
Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts govern goods and services excluded from the right of withdrawal and the consequences of exercising that right. Any order-specific exception is disclosed to the consumer before purchase.
Disputes and effect
Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits applicable on the application date; Consumer Courts have jurisdiction above those limits. The consumer's rights to apply in their place of residence are reserved.
This agreement applies with the order-specific details when the consumer completes the order and the Company confirms it. Rights arising from mandatory consumer legislation are reserved.
